1. Delivery
A. General
The contractual partner for deliveries within the EU is GLS; however, the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it allows a more efficient order fulfillment, but the shipping price agreed at the time of purchase may not be changed. Outside the EU, we ship with DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. You will receive the tracking number via your email.
Most products leave our store on the next business day after the order is received (applies to cash on delivery and credit card orders). In this case, the product will arrive at your address within three business days after the order was placed. If the product is currently out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you about the delivery date via email or on your phone, which you provided when registering in the online store.
If the ordered items are located in different warehouses, there may be a delay in shipping, as we need to transfer the items to a single location before shipping, or, if you choose personal pickup, to the selected branch. Before ordering, we recommend checking stock status by branch for each item in the "Stock by branches" tab. If orders are not shipped within 72 hours or ready for pickup within 72 hours, we will notify you by email of the approximate delivery time or when the items will be ready for pickup.
For certain products, additional shipping costs apply. For these, the shipping price is specified under each product in the "Details" tab or will be charged in the cart during purchase. These exceptions occur due to product size, weight, or because standard courier services do not allow delivery.
Delivery dates are estimated and not binding. In most cases, delivery occurs within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur due to various events (holidays, heavy loads, remote locations, force majeure, etc.).
B. Delivery in Slovenia
Goods purchased in our online store will be delivered anywhere in Slovenia at a flat rate. For orders over €150.00 and products where this is specifically stated, we will deliver the ordered goods free of charge. For orders under €150.00, we charge €4.95 for delivery within Slovenia (prices include Slovenian VAT at 22%), regardless of weight, quantity, or value of your order.
For certain products, the above provisions for shipping do not apply. For these, the shipping price is specified under each product in the "Details" tab. Exceptions occur due to product size, weight, or because standard courier services do not allow delivery.
C. Delivery to the EU
We ship to all EU countries.
For orders over €150.00 and products where this is specifically stated, we will deliver the ordered goods free of charge.

D. Deliveries outside the EU
Shipping outside the EU is done with DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services, using air transport. Customers receive a tracking number when the package is shipped.
Orders are generally shipped within one business day, except when multiple items are ordered and need to be obtained from different warehouses. In such cases, customers are notified by email about the estimated shipping time.
Delivery time depends on the recipient’s country. Most often it is 3–5 business days, but it can take longer.

CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS for exports outside the EU:
Shipments outside the EU are sent DAP (Delivered at Place), which means:

VAT will be deducted from the order value in the cart – you purchase the goods without paying VAT.

All prices on the website include 22% VAT, which will be deducted at checkout.

VAT is paid when importing the items into your country. The amount depends on your local tax legislation.

The importing country may also charge customs duties based on the country of origin and the customs tariff.

Courier services charge approximately €15–25 for customs declaration preparation.

In our experience, these costs together represent about 30% of the order value, depending on the rules in the recipient country. We recommend checking local customs procedures before ordering.
Shipments include an invoice listing item weights, customs tariff numbers, and origin to ensure smooth import. Some countries may require additional documents for certain items; in such cases, contact us at sales@prosports.si for assistance.
If your country is not on the delivery list, please send a list of items and quantities to sales@prosports.si. We will provide a proforma invoice, and after payment, the items will be shipped via courier.
2. Damage to Goods During Transport
If the goods are damaged during transport (external damage), report the shipment to the courier IMMEDIATELY. The courier will create a damage report on the spot.
For hidden damage, the recipient must notify the delivery service in writing within 8 days from receipt, provided it has been jointly confirmed with us that the damage occurred while in the courier’s possession.

3. Right to Withdraw from Purchase
The buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 30 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). The deadline begins on the day the order is received. The buyer bears the costs of returning the item. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
4. Return of Goods
A. Withdrawal Statement
The buyer must notify the seller in writing of the intended return within 30 days of receiving the goods at sales@prosports.si and return the goods within 30 days via personal delivery to a branch or registered mail to:

The buyer may also use the attached form and send it via email.
B. Product Condition
The buyer may not use the items beyond what is necessary to determine their condition. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by unnecessary use. If an item is returned with visible damage or incomplete without approval, the seller reserves the right to deduct the damage cost from the refund.
Goods that CANNOT be returned: underwear, mouthguards, and items that absorb sweat or acquire odor when used.
We recommend photographing the package before returning it to claim compensation for transport damage.
C. Return and Refund Process
Upon receipt, items and packaging are inspected, and the purchase price is refunded via the original payment method. If the item was used, damaged, or partially assembled, a partial refund is issued (usually 15–50% of the sale value). In case of serious damage, no refund will be made, and the product will be discarded.
For multiple identical items ordered for size selection, returned items are refunded minus shipping and additional handling costs. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Claims
If products are damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact sales@prosports.si with photos, order number, and a short description. Claims are reviewed carefully to find a suitable solution.
