Prosports.si Online Store - General Terms and Conditions

1. General

The general terms and conditions of the Prosports.si online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international e-commerce codes.
The online store is operated by FORTRADE d.o.o., a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”). The Prosports.si online store may appear on various domains or web addresses.

Upon registration in the Prosports.si system, the visitor receives a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. The username and password are set by the customer and are linked to the entered data. By registering, the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) becomes a user and obtains the right to purchase.

Registration is not a condition for purchase and does not entail any obligations but enables the customer to track their past orders. The customer can also make a purchase as a guest.

These general terms and conditions govern the operation of Prosports.si, the rights of customers, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.


2. Availability of Information

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

  • Company identity (company name and registered office, registration number, tax number)
  • Contact details (email, phone, address)
  • Essential characteristics of goods or services
  • Product availability
  • Delivery terms (method, place, and delivery time)
  • Clear and unambiguous pricing (including taxes and transport costs)
  • Payment and delivery methods
  • Validity period of the offer
  • Withdrawal conditions and return costs
  • Complaint procedure and support contact

3. Product Offer

Due to the nature of online business, the Prosports.si offer is frequently updated and depends on stock availability.

In case of stock issues:

  • we may offer a similar product at the same price, or
  • refund the full amount

Customers are always notified in a timely manner.


4. Payment and Delivery Methods

Payment Methods

  • Cash or card payment upon pickup
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (SLO and HR only)
  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Idealo, etc.)
  • PayPal

The provider issues an invoice via email when the order is dispatched.
Orders are stored electronically and accessible in My Profile on www.prosports.si.


Delivery Method

  • Personal pickup (order canceled after 14 days if not collected)
  • Courier delivery (GLS or alternative courier if needed)
  • Delivery to PO boxes is NOT possible

5. Prices

Prices:

  • are in EUR

  • include VAT

  • apply at the time of order

ATTENTION! Prices in cart/checkout may differ from website.

Additional notes:

  • VAT depends on delivery country (EU OSS system)
  • Orders outside EU or with valid VAT ID → no VAT
  • Order content cannot be changed after submission

In case of pricing errors:

  • customer may withdraw
  • provider will offer a solution

If price = €0.00 → order may be canceled.

Delivery costs:

  • calculated at checkout
  • depend on country and product
  • pickup is free

6. Ordering Process

Customer adds products, enters data, and confirms order (guest or registered).

Purchase Steps

  1. Select items and quantities
  2. Review cart and apply discounts
  3. Enter delivery and billing details
  4. Choose delivery:
    • Personal pickup (free)

    • Courier delivery

  5. Choose payment:
    • Cash on delivery

    • Bank transfer

    • Credit card

    • PayPal

  6. Confirm order
  7. Receive confirmation email
  8. Receive updates, tracking, and invoice

7. Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 2 years. It only applies to items for which a warranty obligation is legally required.
  • Valid with invoice and proper use

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • misuse or damage
  • unauthorized repair
  • normal wear
  • consumables (sticks, wheels, bearings)

8. Security

The provider uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.


9. Protection of Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Collected data:

  • name, surname
  • address
  • phone
  • email

Shared only with:

  • couriers (GLS, DHL Express)
  • payment providers (Stripe, PayPal)

Customers may request deletion.
Marketing only with explicit consent.
