The CCM Tacks 9090R Skates were built for those who are looking for elite level performance, durability and protection. CCM used pro-level RocketFrame Composite boot with new 3D-lasted Technology that provides a true 3D fit and feel around the foot. The RocketFrame Composite and its SpeedCore 3 boasts premier stiffness and responsiveness, both of which significantly improve the 9090R's durability. 

CCM then used their new TriTech Flex Tongue that offers top-notch comfort and protection but now allows for much better forward flex compared to traditionally stiff tongues. Internally, the Tacks 9090R features CCM's best liner, called Total-Dri Pro. This dual-zone liner does a great job of keeping feet dry while simultaneously ensuring they stay securely planted inside the boot. Also unique to the 9090R are the DuraZone Abrasion Pads that prevent the premature breakdown that can be caused by internal shin guard rubbing. 

Last but definitely not least, CCM supplied the 9090R with one of the top indoor wheels on the market, the Labeda Addictions. Combined with their Swiss bearings, this one-two combo offers some of the best grip, glide and durability money can buy. This all-80mm setup sits in the CNC aluminum FastFrame that provides a bigger footprint than Hi-Lo chassis, offering more stride power and gripping strength.
