The CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Stick brings modern power to today's modern game of hockey. With a radically revamped variable shaft design and a new level of carbon fiber performance courtesy of Sigmatex STp; this AS-V Pro is a big step forward in evolution for the powerful mid-kick stick category. 

The biggest change in terms of visuals and performance in the Tacks AS-V Pro is the new Variable V-Shape Geometry. First, it creates a stiffer lower half which builds a powerful and consistent true mid-kick flex profile, while simultaneously increasing shot velocity since the unique shaft angle better loads forward in the stick instead of down on the stick. To top it off, the rounded lower third of the shaft creates an even more comfortable and controlled feel for the bottom hand. 

From a material and construction standpoint, CCM blew the previous AS4 Pro out of the water with the new Sigmatex STp, Carbon Nanolite Layering and Skeleton + Technologies. This new Sigmatex fiber is lighter, stronger and more consistent than the original version. Meanwhile, the Nanolite Layering Process takes this advanced carbon fiber in significantly thinner, more advanced layers for much more precise and detailed performance benefits throughout the stick. Last but not least, the AS-V Pro is 20% better at slash impact management thanks to the Skelton + Technology found in the stick's hosel.
