Goalies who love the pump REALLY love the pump!  There is simply no better form fitting system on the market today that can also customize the fit of your boot in the heel & ankle area of the skate on the fly.  CCM's stable of professional goaltenders has given feedback that has been incorporated into the 44K to help make it the best, most responsive Pump skate ever.

The boot of the 44K has been designed to give goalies the quickest response time, in the most comfortable boot available.  The quarter package is made of a pro-ribbed "RIBCOR Flex" material which is designed to provide enhanced forward flex & durability.  A Lightweight Elite Synthetic Core provides nearly instant energy delivery from boot to blade for incredible responsiveness.

For comfort, the CCM 44K goal skate has a two-piece high density felt tongue for enhanced lace bite protection, a dual zone lightweight tricot material to help hold your heel in the boot, and CCM's unique "Skate Lock" lacing system designed to allow the goalie to customize the fit of the skate in two zones (above the heel & from the heel to the toe).  And of course, the 44K is has a heat moldable core for even more customization.

The new Prolite GS cowling for 2016 has been redesigned and reinforced to make it lighter and stronger than ever.  The posts on the Prolite GS have been made taller for a more agressive push angle, meaning that the goalie's blades are in contact with the ice longer for more powerful movements in the crease.  The cowling comes standard with a Prolite G stainless steel runner, which can be removed easily if necessary.
